01General Terms

02Account Registration & Verification

• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity or a third party's information is strictly prohibited.
• After registration, bt22 may request a government-issued ID card or passport for identity verification at any time.
• Opening an account for anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Accounts that fail age verification will be closed immediately.

KYC Verification Process

Bt22 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure platform security. KYC verification becomes mandatory when making large withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Required documents include:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A selfie of yourself holding your ID
• Proof of payment method used (mobile banking screenshot or bank statement)

03Deposit & Payment Policy

Bt22 supports all major mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Minimum deposit amounts and available payment options may change from time to time.

General Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made exclusively from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there's a delay, contact the support team with your transaction ID.

• No processing fees apply to deposits — however, your payment operator may charge their own fees.
• Bt22 reserves the right to place deposits on hold if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

04Withdrawal Policy

Bt22 always processes correctly submitted withdrawal requests. Please ensure the following conditions are met before withdrawing:

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirements have been met.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Bt22 does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals; however, a minimum withdrawal amount applies.
• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, bt22 may temporarily hold a withdrawal pending investigation.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — meaning you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times before withdrawing. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a 1,000 BDT bonus means you must place 10,000 BDT in bets.

• Each promotion applies once per person, household, address, or IP address.
• Bt22 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• Any breach of bonus terms will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, your account may be permanently closed.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited.

06Betting Rules

All betting activity at bt22 is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Bt22 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed at those odds will be considered void.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• Bt22 is not liable for bets rejected due to internet delays during live betting.
• If suspicious activity regarding the outcome of an event is proven, all related bets may be voided.

Maximum Win Limit

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt22 platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity
• Operating more than one account or using a third party's account
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Bonus system abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform
• Harassing or threatening other players or bt22 staff
• Registering with a fake identity or forged documents
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information

08Account Closure & Suspension

Bt22 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing incorrect information
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• Self-requested account closure
• Upon self-exclusion using the Responsible Gaming tools

If you wish to close your account yourself

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Balances in inactive accounts may be deducted as an administrative fee after 12 months.

09Privacy & Data Protection
